TTWCI’s operating approach draws on Toyota Production System training in Japan and two decades of executive and advisory experience. That foundation includes designing operating systems, putting them into practice and developing the leaders and teams who sustain improvement.
Our experience connects development and production quality, supplier capability, manufacturing systems and operations across multiple locations. It gives TTWCI a practical foundation for linking business strategy to daily execution.
