Project enquiries

When you submit a form, TTWCI records the contact and business details you provide, your project description and any selected assessment. TTWCI uses them to review your enquiry, contact you and manage the consulting discussion. The enquiry dashboard is restricted to the site owner.

Newsletter choices

Newsletter signup is optional and requires your agreement. Sending a project enquiry does not subscribe you unless you select the newsletter option. To stop updates or request a correction or removal, contact Email TTWCI.

Website activity

The website records aggregate daily page views and enquiry or WhatsApp button clicks. These counts do not include an IP address, visitor identifier or the content of a WhatsApp conversation. Browsers that signal Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are excluded from these activity counts.

During a visit, the site may keep the landing page and campaign labels in session storage. If you send an enquiry, those labels can be included with it to help TTWCI understand which information led to the conversation. Do not include personal information in campaign links.

Hosting and communication

The site hosting service processes and stores submitted information. Email alerts use a sending service when configured. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, where that service’s own information practices apply.
