OUR EXPERTISE

Supplier qualification & risk assessment

Supplier risk assessment, factory qualification and supplier development that connect diagnostic findings to corrective action.

Supplier intelligence & qualification

A factory audit is most valuable when it changes what happens next. We assess operational and commercial risk, agree corrective actions and establish a repeatable review cadence. Supplier Risk Score methods organize the evidence so management can compare priorities across the supply base.

Where we focus

  • Quality, delivery, cost competitiveness and financial health
  • Capacity, tooling, management capability and technology readiness
  • Launch performance, country risk and single-source concentration
  • Traceability, carbon-data and compliance evidence readiness where relevant
  • Cybersecurity and ESG exposure as assessment dimensions, with specialist input where required
  • Corrective-action ownership, escalation and recurring supplier performance reviews

Bring to the first discussion

Critical suppliers, delivery and quality history, capacity needs and known risks.

A decision you can use

Qualification priorities, development actions and an evidence-based supplier scorecard.

Measure progress

Delivery, quality, capacity evidence and corrective-action effectiveness.

From recommendation to implementation.

The assessment creates an improvement action plan. The usual next phase is intensive on-site guidance and coaching to implement the agreed priorities, followed by quarterly visits, scorecard reviews and continued coaching. Scope and cadence are agreed around the business need.

We agree the business priority, site access, deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fee before work begins. Specialist technical work and follow-on support are scoped explicitly.
